Personal Chef Cook Day 07/30/18

Happy Sunday!

Sorry, I've been away for so long.  Between developing menus, shopping, cooking for clients, teaching cooking classes, cooking for parties, I have had very little free time. 

With this menu, I wanted to play with fruit.  My go-to fruits are cherries, mangos, pomegranates, apples, and pears. They loved the turkey dish so much, it is on permanent rotation.  For lunch, I made Gluten-Free Bison Taquitos.  So, yummy!
