Top 5 Entree's from 2023

 HAPPY NEW YEAR!  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.

I love the quiet of January.  It lets me organize my files and start fresh for 2024.

In reviewing all the meals, I made last year, I tallied up the top 5 entrees.

TOP FIVE ENTREES FOR 2023

5. Turkey Roulade with Caramelized Onions and Roasted Red Peppers

4. Herb Roasted Lamb Chops

3. Chopped Steak with Mushrooms and Onion Gravy

2. Cod Almondine

1. Chicken Pot Pie

Sorry, there are no pictures to go with these entrees.  Here's why:

Turkey Roulade looks just like another meatloaf because you can't see the filling stuffed inside.

I never cook Lamb Chops for clients because most people love them medium rare. If I cook them, they will be overdone.

No sure why I don't have a picture of the Chopped Steak.  I guess I forgot to take one.

I never cook Cod or any fish or seafood for clients.  Again, no one wants overcooked fish or seafood.

With the Chicken Pot Pie only the filling is cooked.  I never cook the puff pastry or pie crust.  Because no one likes brunt crust.
