Personal Chef Cook Day 05/13/18
I woke up to snow and below freezing temperatures. That groundhog was wrong!! π£ We so need SPRING!! πΈπ·π»
Oh well, on to this cook day, I made Mexican with flank steak. I love this steak because it has so much flavor! Don't you agree? You can taste it with your eyes.

That is my favorite squash, too. My clients have never had it and loved it. Why can't we have this year round? Whole Foods Market tells me they can only get it about three weeks a year. I wish it wasn't true. Until this fall, I will be craving this squash!
