Personal Chef Cook Day 12/11/17

Happy Sunday!  

It is had to believe it was 73 degrees last Thursday.  Today is 30 degrees with sleet and snow coming down.  Oh Mother Nature, please bring SPRING!!

Okay, let's get to what I've been cooking around here.  I have found one of my favorite ways to cook is to stuff a protein or vegetable.  You know, like chicken, pork chops, sweet potatoes, avocados and especially peppers.
