Personal Chef Cook Day 12/04/17

Hello Friends!  I hope you had a fabulous week.  The snow we have had this week is melted and gone!  I keep praying Spring is coming soon.

Anyway, let's get to what I have been cooking.  This week I cooked pork chops and chicken breasts, which can be dry.  My secret weapon is brining.
