Happy Tuesday!
I hope all of you had a great holiday weekend. Today, I wanted to share the EWG’s 2025 Dirty Dozen list and the Clean Fifteen list.
I always buy organic food when possible. If you don't live where there's a lot of organic food or don't want to spend the money you can use this list to help you decide what's most important for your family.
The 2025 Dirty Dozen List:
Potatoes
Blueberries
Blackberries
Apples
Pears
Nectarines
Cherries
Peaches
Grapes
Kale, Collards, and Mustard Greens
Strawberries
Spinach
The 2025 Clean Fifteen List:
This list is conventionally grown produce that does not have as many pesticides used on them.
Pineapple
Sweet Corn
Avocados
Papayas
Onions
Sweet Peas (frozen)
Asparagus
Cabbage
Watermelon
Cauliflower
Bananas
Mangos
Carrots
Mushrooms
Kiwi
Now you are a better-informed consumer when you go to the grocery store.
Here are three ways I clean produce:
- Young Living Thieves Fruit & Vegetable Spray
- Young Living Thieves Fruit & Vegetable Soak
- 3 cups filtered water and 1 cup organic white distilled vinegar as a soak or spray
Let me know how you clean your produce. Please leave me a comment below. If you want to know more about Young Living Thieves products, just leave me a comment below and I'll get back to you.
Thank you for reading.
Make it a GREAT week.
