Personal Chef Cook Day 11/15/17

Happy Sunday!  Did you all remember to "Spring Forward" your clocks?  

The only thing I like about losing an hour of sleep is it will be lighter longer at night.

For this client, they needed to gain some weight.  I made very classic dishes and some new entrees.
