Personal Chef Cook Day 02/01/18

Hi Everyone!  I hope you had a fabulous week.

I hope everyone is staying cool.  It is so humid this morning that I am afraid to take my computer outside!  Oh well, maybe the weather will be more cooperative next weekend.

This client loves to try new things.  I can give them a menu with something they have never had before, and they always say yes.

w/Plum Sauce & Crispy Leeks

Chicken Parmesan w/Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Most of my clients love chicken more than pork.  Which one do you like?
