Cooking Class

Yesterday, I took a Cuisine du Jour cooking class at Trevarrow, Inc.  The May class is always "Outdoor Entertaining".  Chef Chris Hessler is the Corporate Chef for Kruse & Muer Restaurants and a wonderful culinary teacher.
