Cook Day 02-28-11

I have been testing lamb recipes lately because my clients have requested it.  So the recipes I tested first were from the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) database. These recipes have been used by personal chefs for 25 years. What a surprise to me (and my husband) that we like lamb.  I am so glad my clients requested a rack of lamb dinner.
