No Cooking Class

Today, I was suppose to take a cooking class with a great local chef, however, he had to cancel.

So, to make myself feel better, I tried a new recipe for lunch.

Thai Coconut Shrimp Soup

The recipe tasted bland, so I added cilantro and lime juice to brighten up the flavors.  Now it is a wonderful tasting soup!
