I enjoy cooking all different kinds of cuisines because I love playing around with spices.  So, I decided on Italian and Indian dishes.

Cook Day 01-03-11

This week was a real challenge for making Alfredo Sauce and Mac and Cheese with no dairy.  I played with some vegan recipes I found on the Internet and they were disgusting!  So, I decided to follow my tried and true recipes, and change out the dairy for non-dairy substitutes that tasted good.
