Personal Chef Cook Day 09/13/16

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.  

To start off the new year, I wanted to post some great vegan meals I made for two of my clients.



Sweet Potato and Kohlrabi Fritters



Vegan Curried Brussel Sprouts



Vegan Sautéed Yellow Squash with Red Peppers


The best thing I love about cooking vegan, is the chance to use vegetables as the main dish.  Let's face it, we all need to eat more vegetables.

This year I am challenging myself to eat two meatless meals a day.  Do you have a food New Year's resolution?  If so, post it!
