This year some of my treats are going to have to be different since a few of my clients have a gluten allergy. I have been testing various gluten-free flours and products to see what the best for baking is. As it turns out, my client's favorite new cookie doesn't even have flour in the recipe.
Flour-less Cinnamon Pecan & Walnut Cookies
This recipe is so versatile, that you can use allspice or apple pie spice, or cardamom. They were all delicious! Next, I am doing to dip them into vanilla white chocolate!
Everything tastes better dipped in chocolate, right?
