Personal Chef Cook Day 03-30-11

On this cook day, my client asked me to make three vegan meals for the rest of the week for her and her family.  She showed me her favorite cookbook and the three meals she wanted me to prepare.  I didn't mind at all, because that is what being a personal chef is all about.  The only thing that scared me was how her family was going to react.  Turns out, they enjoyed it, but wanted meat back in the menu next week.

Personal Chef Recipe Testing 07/2017
